MOLLY PEARSON
Molly has spent her whole life involved in fitness in one way or another. She started riding horses at the age of 3, which morphed into a passion for Equestrian Vaulting (think breakdancing and gymnastics on a horse while it runs around in a circle).
Molly was part of a team that won several national championships, and she herself holds a bronze medal. Ending her individual career with a not-too-shabby 6th place at Nationals, she went on to coach a few medal-holding vaulters, as well.
Throughout her athletic career, Molly has dabbled in basketball, soccer, swimming, diving, karate, gymnastics, lifting, running, kettle bells, pilates, and kickboxing before finding something she was as passionate about as she was with horses: yoga. Molly completed a 200-hour teacher training program, and brings variety, humor, and great music to each of her classes.
Molly has amassed more than 10,000 hours of training, teaching, working out, cooking healthy, reading books, studies, and fitness blogs. As she deepens her knowledge, she hopes to share in the wisdom and abundance that is a clean, healthy lifestyle!
